WHAT IS KAGOSHIMA BEEF?

Kagoshima champion beef refers to high-grade Kagoshima
Wagyu that has won or is recognized by prestigious
competitions, such as the "Wagyu Olympics," which it won
in 2017 and 2022. Raised in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan,
this top-tier Wagyu is known for its exceptional marbling,
tender and delicate texture, and rich, savory flavor due to its
low-melting-point fat.

WHAT IS MIYAZAKI BEEF?

Product Brand Certification Standards Japanese black
beef produced and fattened in Miyazaki prefecture, with
a meat quality of grade of 4 or higher, which is the
rating standard set by the Japan Meat Rating
Association.
